Passengers must be present and ready to board at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo identification to board the bus.

Passengers may bring up to two pieces of baggage, not exceeding a total weight of 32Kg, and one carry-on item. All baggage must be properly labeled with the passenger’s name and contact information. We run a lost property program and will do everything within our limits to ensure that any properties left behind on the bus will be secured and returned safely. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage. We reserve the right to refuse any baggage that is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for transportation.

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VRBUS policies while on the bus. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the bus.

Passengers may not interfere with the safe operation of the bus or the comfort of other passengers. Passengers who engage in disruptive or threatening behavior may be removed from the bus.
A passenger who is 15 years of age or older and traveling with an infant must buy a ticket for themselves and pay 50% of the regular adult rate for a ticket for that infant.

Infants traveling with the same person will be charged 50% of the regular adult ticket.
All reservations are strictly non-refundable, although they can be changed up to 7 days before departure. After the trip has begun, no refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals and/or no-shows.

Food & Drinks: Because the scent quickly permeates the entire bus, we do not permit hot beverages or food. While non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, glass bottles cannot be brought on board for safety reasons. On the coach, alcohol drinking is not authorized.
